Jieyu (Jenny) Wang

I have been in the banking and finance industry for over 13 years, including working with ANZ. I have been a Mortgage adviser since 2018. This role gave me a greater understanding of the lending process from a bank’s perspective.

In 2018, my family and I relocated from Wellington to Christchurch, where I started to work as a Mortgage Adviser.

I am well versed to help you through the process of getting finance for your home. I love helping people achieve things they didn’t think were possible, and being able to provide exceptional customer service along the way.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and young daughter, as well as reading, travelling and hanging out with friends.

Eunice Wallace

Originally from Singapore, I moved to Christchurch in 1991 and have been a mortgage adviser since April 2003. Prior to entering the Home Loan industry, I worked in the accounting field and hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury majoring in Business and Accounting.

I have enjoyed a very successful period in home loan advice and service, twice receiving the award for Mobile Lending Manager of the year from Wizard Home Loans between 2003 to 2008. In April 2009 I started my own business, working with over 15 banks and financial institutions.

Was No 1 with ANZ bank in South island for 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 for the number of loan settlements and Westpac 2012 and 2013 in Canterbury.

With an accounting background, and familiar with residential and commercial property investments. This background has made me passionate about helping people to improve their financial situation and has qualified me to guide them through the process. My greatest satisfaction is to see my clients increase their equity and minimise debt. I have a good working relationship with several banks and other lending institutions and can negotiate highly competitive loan packages for my clients.

Most of my clients are English speaking kiwis but my ability to speak several Asian languages helps me communicate well with clients from numerous other countries.

Outside of work, I love spending time doing ballroom dancing. as well as going to concerts and travelling.
